GenAI is the abbreviation for generative AI and refers to AI systems that can generate new content, such as text, images, or conversations, which were not literally present in the underlying data. This can be used by our clients for fraud detection, customer support, or claims handling.
Agentic AI is based on working with AI agents within models or platforms. An agent consists of a set of settings and rules that determine how the model behaves within a specific task, such as an agent designed for translation or analysis. In Agentic AI, multiple agents can collaborate in layers, similar to how different specialists within an organization gather and merge information, allowing the system to make decisions independently in certain cases. This approach is powerful but not suitable for all applications. We are eager to carefully assess where this could offer added value for you.

How do you ensure privacy and security aspects when using external Agentic and GenAI platforms? We systematically incorporate these aspects in every project, from the initial exploration to the implementation of the solution.
Will my model remain within your environment? Both options are possible. Our models can be deployed within the client's environment if desired. We also have Azure and AWS environments available to host solutions online (with login options).
