On October 12, 2023, Inge Lodder (Founder and owner of ELAVV) was named actuarial talent of 2023 by public vote. This annual election recognizes actuarial (young) professionals under the age of 35. Through a speech, she discussed ELAVV, the digitization of systems, and the associated risk management.
